Our usual dispatch time from successful order placement is one working day and all customers should receive their order within three working days. Please ask your account manager for accurate dispatch time and Courier Company (tracking numbers). We also offer late dispatch for direct retailers (last shipment can be sent out by 19:00) at an extra charge. We also offer timed delivery, weekend delivery, pallets and containers.
With all deliveries a signature is required upon arrival and so please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the goods. If a delivery is returned to us by the courier due to no one being able to sign or collect the item your order will be handled as a return. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of the guarantee the following terms and conditions will be strictly applied.
The guarantee covers an attempted delivery and the delivery service only. The order must be placed before the same day cut off time of time of 16:00 between Monday and Thursday.
The guarantee does not cover the hour window estimate given by the courier only the fact that a delivery attempt will be made the next day.
Proof of an attempted delivery will be decided by our couriers online tracking information only (which is also available for customers to see online).
Next day deliveries dispatched on days outside the Mon - Thurs period are not covered by this guarantee in the event of natural disasters or other issues beyond the control of ourselves or our couriers.
When incorrect or inaccurate address information is given by the customer or the address is inaccessible the guarantee is void. This includes when a courier cannot find an address due to inadequate information.
If the delivery address is changed after the initial order or after the order has been dispatched, the guarantee will be void.
The guarantee only covers mainland England deliveries.
Our decision based on the terms above is final on all guarantees.
