ASG Bersa Thunder 9 PRO Non-Blowback CO2 Pistol Blue | Wholesale

iWholesales Ltd is a trade-only supplier ofAirsoft recreational equipment. Airsoft is a popular, non-lethal sporting hobby in the UK, legally and safely categorized alongside common activities like paintball and gel blasting.

1. A Safe & Regulated Hobby

• Recreational Nature: Airsoft is an organized sporting activity focused on teamwork and target play, much like paintball.
• Safety Tested: These items are engineered to discharge lightweight 6mm plastic pellets that are non-lethal and designed specifically for hobbyist use.
• Legal Status: Under the Firearms Act 1968 (Section 57A), airsoft products are not considered firearms because they operate at very low energy levels.

2. Muzzle Energy & Safety Limits

To ensure these items remain safe for recreational play, they strictly follow the kinetic energy limits set by UK law:

• Fully Automatic Models: These are capped at 1.3 Joules.
• Single Shot Models: These are capped at 2.5 Joules.
• Toy-Like Characteristics: Because they fire only plastic or part-plastic spherical missiles (max 8mm diameter) at these low energies, they are legally recognized as safe recreational tools.

3. Restricted Professional Ecosystem (B2B)

While individual buyers at retail shops must provide proof of "Defense" (such as a skirmisher membership) under the VCRA Act, iWholesales operates at a higher professional tier:

• Vetted Trade Only: This platform is a Closed Ecosystem. We do not sell to the general public.
• Mandatory Business Verification: Every account is manually reviewed and approved by our compliance team. We only supply verified retailers who are already legal professionals in the hobby industry.
• Pre-Vetted Supply Chain: By the time an item is listed here, it has already passed through our strict safety and legal vetting process, ensuring it is 100% legal to trade.

4. Industry Accreditations

Our commitment to safety is supported by our active memberships in professional hobbyist and trade associations:

• GTA (Gun Trade Association): Membership No. IWH/3379.
• BASC (British Association for Shooting & Conservation): Membership No. 160096741.
• Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD): We are a Registered Firearms Dealer authorized by the Thames Valley Police (Certificate No: 43/00000008887).

Summary for Compliance Reviewers: iWholesales Ltd provides non-lethal sporting goods for a regulated professional market. Our products meet all UK safety energy requirements and are traded within a restricted, verified professional network, ensuring total compliance with hobby and trade laws.
